Market Snapshots provide an overview of all activity in the area you request. Tracking the days on market of current inventory and showing pictures and details of all properties that would impact the area you are interested in.
Market Updates provide weekly statistics on activity by zip codes along with analysis over the past year charting performance relative to the “top tier” properties offered in ten of Atlanta’s most affluent zip codes. Subscribe to the feed for only those areas you are interested in.
Notice that on the left sidebar of the site there is a dynamic link to the First Multiple Listing Service by category. Instantly updated you can scroll over the last five homes in those neighborhoods that came on the market or had a price change. By clicking through you get to a pre-defined search of the area and price range targeted or photos and more information on the new listings or price changes.
We are constantly improving the level of information and support we provide to our clients and these tools are just one of the many ways we do that.
