The charts are great and the detailed information about your neighborhood sales rivals anything that would be done for you as a CMA by an agent or on any of the free websites. As I have said in other posts, it’s the story behind the statistics and the interpretation of that information that an experienced professional contributes. Terms, motivations of the individual sellers and buyers, incentives ect. are all part of the total picture that the raw statistics will not provide for you.
