Since this post was published we were able to secure the Market Snapshots for Atlanta as the first agent to do so in May of this year. We had been waiting for quite a while for the MLS to agree to part with this information. I encourage you to use the widget on the right side of the site here to sign up for regular updates. The charts are great and the detailed information about your neighborhood sales rivals anything that would be done for you as a CMA by an agent or on any of the free websites. As I have said in other posts, it's the story behind the statistics and the interpretation of that information that an experienced professional contributes. Terms, motivations of the individual sellers and buyers, incentives ect. are all part of the total picture that the raw statistics will not provide for you.

This technology and access is another expense that we have borne to make it easier for our clients and customers to have the very latest information. It's out gift to you and I encourage you to check it out.
